We do not realize it, but we feel the burden of our beliefs. We may fall into depression or dependency, and we do not feel free and in harmony. A psychologist can help, but resolving the problem may take years. Hypnosis, however, is a unique method to access the subconscious and solve problems more quickly.

Hypnosis has a great power; a person cannot be unsuccessful. The main things are the desire to cope with the problem and trust in your therapist. What is hypnosis? How does it work?

Hypnosis is a changed conscience, a state of trance when the brain is awake and at rest. You forget about the outside world but stay connected to your therapist, who allows a psychic reconstruction. We all experience trance every day, when we fall asleep, when we wake, and even when we are driving and forget how we arrived home.

Erickson, regarded as the father of hypnosis, believed that trance is therapeutic in itself. It allows us to use the subconscious to start working and achieve our goals. The deeper the trance, the more powerful the therapeutic work. The effectiveness of hypnosis to treat problems and diseases was proven in the mid- 1990s by Dr. Alfred Barrios. Long-term psychoanalysis was found to help in only 38% of cases and required 600 sessions, while cognitive behavioral therapy helped in 72% of cases with 22 sessions. In contrast, hypnotherapy was successful in 93% of cases with as few as 6 sessions.

What if I don’t succumb to hypnosis?
Every day you get into a trance. When you’re in a meeting or listening to a
lecture, but your mind is really at the beach. When you’re driving but can’t
remember the details of the trip. Any person can enter a trance. Each person
simply needs an individual approach.

Can hypnosis make me mindless?
Hypnosis will not make you do what you’re told, act goofy, or expose a secret. No
one can be hypnotized unless they want to be. You cannot be influenced against
your will because your internal barriers (the instinct of self-preservation, morals,
etc.) are too strong.

What if I can’t get out of hypnosis?
You will. A person comes out of hypnosis absolutely naturally, even if a
hypnotherapist were to leave the room.

Will I lose control under hypnosis?
No. You maintain control at all times, and you can stop hypnosis if you feel any
discomfort.

Can you guarantee the result?
The results depend on your motivation and desire, and also on the expertise of
your hypnotherapist. A guarantee cannot be given, but hypnosis can provide
outstanding results.

How many sessions will I need?
I provide at least two sessions, but the total number will depend on our mutual
work and the depth of the problem.

After hypnosis, will I remember anything?
The conditions of a trance may intensify random forgetfulness. Some things are
just unimportant to the conscience, and there are things the logical conscience is
not ready to adopt. Hypnotherapy can use amnesia intentionally, for example, to help a person to forget a frightening or traumatic event.

If I succumb to hypnosis, does that mean I’m weak?
No, you are not weak or weak-willed. The ability to easily enter a trance is a sign of creative abilities.
